Customers outside of the active traffic calming construction area are being contacted by Whip City Fiber to schedule installations to turn on service! Whip City Fiber is also coordinating access to the remaining village locations with Mass DOT and Maxymillan.
Scheduled customers are encouraged to review the customer responsibilities such as access to a power outlet for the ONT and the recommendation for an optional uninterruptable power supply (UPS) and surge protection.
