  • Charlemont Drop Policy describes the process for connecting to the town’s fiber-optic network and the subsidies that will be made available to cover some or all of the connection charges. Charlemont’s Commercial Pricing Policy is available for large businesses and businesses seeking to redistribute service. 
  • Affordable Connectivity Program: The Federal Connectivity Program supports qualified residents with broadband subsidies. Households with Hawlemont students qualify for this program based on the school lunch program at the school.
  • Internet Telephone Charlemont Connect plans to offer Premier Phone service through Westfield Gas and Electric to our residential customers. Estimated to cost $19.99, the service will have unlimited local and long-distance calling in the US, Canada, and Mexico. Customer support professionals will help switch over the phone number you have today.
