FSA 02 has completed the construction steps of strand, fiber, and MSTs to the pole for locations west of Zoar Outdoor, including Legate Hill, Zoar Road, Tower Road, West Hawley Road, and the north end of Maxwell Road. FSA 03 is moving quickly through these first three phases as well.
Splicing continues in East Charlemont’s FSA 04 and can begin in FSA 02 soon as these specialized crews are available. Splicing availability continues to drive the overall schedule of the project.
Both FSA 01 and FSA 05 have been released for service installations and over seventy homes and businesses have been connected to the municipal fiber network since it began providing service in July of 2021.
