Charlemont received welcome news from ITG Communications, the new owners of Triwire, our distribution network contractor. A dedicated splicer will be brought from the southern US to Charlemont after the Thanksgiving holiday and “will stay in town until the job is done” according to the TriWire team.
The new dedicated splicer will be deployed to FSA02 and then FSA03 to help accelerate those network segments. Splicing and testing remain the drivers of the network schedule. Splicing has been completed in FSA04 and Charlemont is awaiting the availability of a testing crew to finish that FSA.
