Working with Whip City Fiber, Charlemont’s Internet Service Provider (ISP), preparations are underway to launch the subscription campaign in the new year coordinated with the distribution network build. Everyone that has expressed interest will be notified as soon as the campaign is publicly available.
The website in development by Whip City Fiber will provide information about monthly subscription pricing, installation costs, details of the technology being deployed, and the terms of use. Most importantly the site will feature a form to apply for service. Companion marketing materials such as lawn signs and brochures are also being considered to promote the municipal fiber network.
