If you have already signed up for service but have not yet scheduled your installation, please contact Whip City Fiber at 413-485-1251 or email customerservice@wgeld.org to make an appointment. To receive the full installation subsidy, the installation must be scheduled by September 30, 2022.
Additional deadlines for municipal fiber subsidies include;
- Installation must be scheduled by September 30, 2022
- If underground construction is required, all underground construction must be completed by October 30, 2022
- Service must be activated (or for a cold drop, installation must be complete) by November 30, 2022
These deadlines are to allow for all installations to be completed as Charlemont closes out the network construction budget.
