TriWire crews began to move quickly through the traffic calming areas of the village, hanging strand and fiber on Route 2 starting on Monday. Last week saw crews preparing the side roads with strand and fiber while waiting on a bit of utility make-ready remediation.
Once the village area section of Route 2 is complete, crews will return to the village sideroads to stay ahead of the spring DOT work. If you see these crews, give them a socially distanced word of appreciation!
