Validation continues in FSA 05, which consists of the east end of the village, starting at 171 Main Street and the Federated church east through Avery Brook Road and the Red Rose motel and includes Burrington Road and the south end of Mountain Road. The validation is expected to wrap up in the next week or two. Once any needed remediation is complete, homes and businesses in this area will be released for installation!
TriWire splice teams have been working in FSA 04 to complete the splicing needed to move this next fiber service area into the testing phase. Construction teams have been slowed by make-ready remediation needed on some of the utility poles in FSA 03. Charlemont is working closely with National Grid to complete this work quickly and move the project forward.
