The bid deadline has been extended to July 12, 2019, at 2 PM for the construction of the Charlemont Municipal Fiber Network Network Equipment Enclosure in the basement of the town hall. Construction of the room includes the HVAC work and electrical work. A site visit is required. Please reach out to schedule a time. Local firms are encouraged to apply!
REQUEST FOR QUOTES: The Franklin Regional Council of Governments (FRCOG) will accept price quotes on behalf of the Town of Charlemont for turnkey construction and HVAC/electrical services at Town Hall, 157 Main Street, Charlemont, MA. The bid is conducted under requirements of M.G.L. c. 149. Request plans and specifications from https://frcog.org/bids. Mark the Quote: “Charlemont Electronics Room Construction 20190621” and send to FRCOG, 12 Olive Street, #2, Greenfield, MA 01301 on or before July 12, 2019, at 2 pm. Quotes on supplied forms may be emailed to bids@frcog.org. A site visit is required. Please call to schedule a time. Wage rates are subject to prevailing wage per MGL Chapter 149, Section 26 – 27f inclusive. The Town of Charlemont reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in total or in part as they may deem to be in the best public interest.
