Installations are being scheduled in East Charlemont in parallel with the completion of the validation process and formal release. In an effort to accelerate the connections for customers in this fiber service area, Whip City Fiber will begin installations while also validating the network testing and will remediate any issues identified by validation prior to a formal release to the town.
Be prepared for your installation! Review the customer responsibilities such as access to a power outlet for the ONT and the recommendation for an optional uninterruptable power supply (UPS) and surge protection.
